QCCN is proudly launching our PARENT HELPLINE!
With the support of New York City Civic Engagement Commission, QCCN has been able to expand our scope of services beyond early childhood education and childcare to assist families with dependent children of all ages.
Our new PARENT WELLNESS & SUPPORT initiative allows us to connect parents to a variety of resources and services. Our 24/7 voicemail system has been adapted to receive (non-emergency) inquiries. We now offer timely screenings and provide comprehensive Family Needs Assessments. Continued monitoring is provided by our Parent Resource Coordinator. Our goal is to empower underserved families and marginalized communities.
